SHIPPING AND RETURNS
I aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days, but please check individual listings, as all rings and customised pieces that are 'made to order' may take up to 10 working days.
I offer Free UK Royal Mail 1st class delivery on all orders (excluding the Channel Islands). You can choose to upgrade and pay extra at checkout for 'Special next day delivery' if you wish a guaranteed quick delivery once posted. (Dispatch times are still 3-5 working days even if postage is upgraded).

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in all of its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept any returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons - see below for further non returnable items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless there is a fault). We also do not accept returns on customised / made to order pieces including all rings.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
