SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Free UK (excluding the Channel Islands) 1st class postage for every order.
Items are usually shipped 3-5 working days after purchase unless they are a made to order, such as a customised / personalised pieces and sized items including rings, which are up to 10 working days dispatch time. Please read each individual product description page for any differing dispatch details.
I am currently not shipping Internationally.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in all of its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept any returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons - see below for further non returnable items.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless there is a fault). We also do not accept returns on customised / made to order pieces including all rings.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
